Evaluation terms

Purpose

These terms govern (1) access to the AADSec software in its evaluation version ("V1 (beta)") and (2) the security audit services sold by DIENG TECH ET SERVICES, a sole proprietorship operated by Abdoul Aziz Dieng. AADSec is proprietary software: © 2026 Abdoul Aziz Dieng, operating the sole proprietorship DIENG TECH ET SERVICES. All rights reserved. No right to use, copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, resell, decompile or create derivative works is granted outside the evaluation licence below or the publisher's prior written permission.

Evaluation licence

Evaluation access to the software is personal, limited, revocable and non-transferable. It is granted solely for evaluating the tool. The software limits the number of successful scans per machine (3 in this version).

What the tool does, authorized use and audit authorization

AADSec orchestrates third-party scanners (Gitleaks, Trivy, Semgrep, Checkov) and prioritizes their results. It complements a human review and does not replace an active penetration test. You may use the software or order an audit service (including an optional passive DAST baseline on a staging environment) only on repositories, container images and systems for which you hold all required rights and written authorizations. Any reverse engineering, decompilation, extraction of proprietary rules or circumvention of the evaluation limit is prohibited, except where expressly permitted by mandatory law.

Data

The software runs on your machine and does not send your source code to AADSec. See the privacy policy.

Ownership of source code and audit reports

The customer retains full ownership of their source code, configurations and data. For a paid audit service, subject to full payment of the agreed price, the publisher grants the customer a non-exclusive, worldwide right, for the full statutory term of protection, to use, reproduce internally and share with their teams, partners or auditors the delivered audit report and remediation plan. The publisher retains all intellectual property rights in the AADSec software, its rules, templates and methodology.

No warranty and liability

The evaluation version of the AADSec software is provided free of charge "as is", without any express or implied warranty of error-free operation, continuous availability, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. A report with no findings only means that no active rule in the configured scanners triggered an alert on the supplied scope; it does not establish the absence of vulnerabilities. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law: (a) the publisher shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of data, service interruption or reputational harm; (b) for the free evaluation version of the software, the publisher's liability is limited to willful misconduct or gross negligence; (c) for a paid audit service, the publisher's total aggregate liability for all claims combined shall not exceed the amount (excluding taxes) actually paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim. The publisher shall not be liable where non-performance or damage results from incomplete or inaccurate information supplied by the customer, changes made to the code or infrastructure after the audit, the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party, or force majeure.

Legal documents shipped with the software

The LICENSE, SECURITY and THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES files shipped with 0.1.x accompany the evaluation version of the software. In case of discrepancy, the terms published on aadsec.xyz prevail.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Senegalese law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dakar (Senegal), subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the consumer's country of residence.

Sales terms (purchases through Chariow)

• Seller: DIENG TECH ET SERVICES, sole proprietorship of Abdoul Aziz Dieng, Dakar, Ouakam, Cité Asecna N°53, Senegal; RCCM SN DKR 2025 A 26363; NINEA 012313714; contact@aadsec.xyz.
• Platform: Chariow (Axa Zara LLC, Delaware, United States). Chariow acts as a software platform provider, neither a payment service provider nor a merchant of record (payment and billing services are provided by licensed providers, notably in partnership with MiMo Global Inc). The seller sends a payment link; the customer pays directly on Chariow.
• Target customers, offers and prices: services are intended for business customers, software publishers and engineering teams acting for their business activity. Applicable prices are those displayed on the site's home page at the time of ordering (beta offer) and shown on the Chariow payment link. The exact scope is agreed in writing before purchase.
• Taxes: any applicable taxes are shown at checkout on the payment page, depending on the seller's and the customer's tax situation.
• Delivery and force majeure: audit report delivered within 5 days from written agreement on the scope, receipt of payment and full availability of the agreed materials. This timeframe is suspended in the event of customer delay in supplying the required items or force majeure (an unforeseeable, irresistible event beyond the parties' reasonable control).
• Withdrawal, cancellation and refund: for business customers (B2B), paid orders are firm. If the customer requests cancellation in writing before audit work has actually started, the amount paid is refunded minus any non-refundable transaction fees charged by payment providers. Once analysis work has started, no refund is due unless the publisher fails to deliver the agreed report for a reason attributable to the publisher (in which case a full refund is issued). For the continuous monthly plan, the subscription may be cancelled in writing at any time for the next monthly billing cycle; any started month remains payable. If the applicable law qualifies the buyer as a consumer, the buyer keeps the mandatory protective rights of their country of residence, including, where applicable, a right of withdrawal and refund under the conditions set by that law.
